Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days via tracked carrier.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may require extra transit time.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link. You can also reply to that email any time and a human will help.

Not in love with your kit? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in resalable condition with all included components.

We provide a prepaid return label — return shipping is on us.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Every GigaHome device is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from purchase. If a device fails under normal use, we'll replace it free of charge.

To make a claim, contact support with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Need to cancel? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us and we'll cancel and refund immediately. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
